We are interested in hearing from solicitors with experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, trusts and estates including wills and enduring powers of attorney. Experience in commercial leasing, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements and franchising would be an advantage. We also have clients who require assistance with property relationship matters so some experience in preparing contracting out agreements or separation agreements would also be helpful.

This role would suit someone capable of working independently to a high level and who is comfortable supervising staff with management and partnership as an end goal. A high degree of IT skill would be required to assist us with managing our new cloud based legal management system as we voyage towards the paperless environment.

We have a large client base with many long term loyal clients as well as some staff who have been with us for many years. The ability to adapt and fit in with the variety and diversity of both staff and clients is therefore essential.
